Count down to the big day with a wooden deer that does the job for you. This 17-inch wall hanging features a bold reindeer silhouette with a sprig of frosted greenery across its shoulder and a small wooden sign that reads "Days 'til Christmas," so the whole family can follow along from the entryway.
The cut wood deer measures 17 inches tall by 12.5 inches wide and 2 inches deep, finished in either deep barn red with crisp white number tags or a soft whitewash with warm brown number tags. Two numbers hang from small gold L-hooks and lift off easily, so you can change the count each morning through December. The faux greenery cluster, pinecones, berries, and twine bow are permanently attached, and a braided jute cord at the top makes it ready to hang right out of the box. Choose your finish at checkout; each deer is sold individually.
Perfect for:
- Front entry or foyer wall display
- Kids' Christmas countdown tradition
- Mantel wall or above the fireplace
- Interior door hanger in place of a wreath
- Farmhouse kitchen or dining room
- Cabin, lodge, or woodland Christmas theme
- Teacher, hostess, or housewarming gift
- Holiday gallery wall or stair landing
The silhouette styling suits plenty of decor directions. The red deer brings a classic, cheerful pop against neutral walls, white shiplap, or a greenery garland, while the whitewashed version blends into soft neutral, coastal, and Scandinavian Christmas palettes. Pair it with stockings, lanterns, or a simple pine swag for a layered seasonal vignette.
Please note: this is a wall hanger only and will not stand on its own. For indoor use only. Greenery, berries, pinecones, number tags, and hanging cord shown are included; all other items pictured are for display and are not included. Decorative use only, not a toy.
