Shipping Policy

We know you are excited to receive your beautiful items but please allow up to 5 business days of Order acknowledgement for your items to ship. We will notify you if pieces from your order are backordered beyond these estimated timeframes. Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation so that you may track your items. Please note that the above are estimated shipping timeframes only and cannot be guaranteed by Country Charm Décor, LLC. In the rare occasion your item becomes backordered, you will be notified by email immediately to discuss your shipping options.

Return & Exchange Policy

Custom, made to order, holiday items, sale items and some oversized items are not eligible for return or exchange and are considered final sale.

If you are unsure if the item you are ordering is considered final sale, please contact us before placing your order. For these final sale items, we encourage our customers to view all descriptions, measurements and photos, as well as contact us with any questions before purchasing. Items that are eligible for return or exchange can be returned for a merchandise credit or exchange, less all shipping fees, which is good for 30 days from date of return. Items returned must be in original condition.

Country Charm Décor, LLC wants its customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and shopping experience so if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for a return authorization within 7 days of receiving your item. Upon review, we will email you a return authorization and further instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note: returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hrs of receiving the item. We will email you a return authorization with instructions for returning the damaged or defective merchandise and send you a replacement. If you decide you do not want a replacement, we will issue you a credit.

If your package appears to have been damaged in transit, please take pictures of damaged outer packaging as pictures will be needed to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Out of Stock Items
If you would like to purchase an item that is currently out of stock, please email us at info@countrycharmdecor.com and we can either order the product directly for you or inform you when the product will be back in stock.
