What to Expect: Order Processing & Shipping Times
Processing Time:
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before shipment. We'll notify you promptly if any items in your order are backordered.

Backordered Policy:
In the rare event an item becomes backordered after you've placed your order, we'll email you immediately to discuss your options.
International Shipping:
At this time, Country Charm Decor does not offer international shipping.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@countrycharmdecor.com with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. In most cases you won't need to send anything back — we'll issue a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. If we do need the item returned, we'll arrange and pay for the shipping ourselves.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us within 15 days of delivery for a return authorization. Once your return arrives, we process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If you would rather exchange than return, just say so when you get in touch.
